CT Police Don't Want This Out. The "News" Lied, Shot At Dog 6 Times. Missed All

This happened last year in Ansonia CT. There was a few "News" outlets who initially covered this, but for some reason after that we never heard anything else about it. Usually here they will get the videos, get the reports and cover it more. But here... nothing. And i found that odd, so i requested the footage and was immediately told they have to "look into the laws." So i knew right off the bad they weren't going to comply, the only say that when they want to get out of providing it. Which they didn't and i had to get foia involved and now a year later i just got it. The officer was Chris Kelley, i provided the reports, and the full videos. I hate when the news get it, and all they show is a few clips so i provided it all. There was no call, there was no complaint, there was nothing but a cop driving down the road and thinking this guy looked like the other guy. Then took things that were subjective and made them "suspicious" so he could go harass this guy. Then waits until the guy goes around someone's house to follow him unannounced. Then doesn't see the guy, and sees a big black German Sheppard who runs towards him barking. He shouldn't have been on that persons property unannounced, or uninvited. And his incompetence and blatant disregard for our laws caused this whole situation, imagine if we caused a scene that big? The court would try and make us pay restitution for wasting all these resources. But since it's them its ok? This is why they just continue to get worse and worse, because they never get held accountable. Luckily the dog, and no one else was hit or hurt in this. As always this is for news and educational purposes. Citizen journalism is vital to our country. Look how the news just spread their narrative and then never looked into or corrected it. This is why its imperative for citizens to know not just their rights, but the laws to. If you don't? Who Will? Certainly not these fools, and even if they do, if they know you don't they will take advantage of you every single time. And it's important for them to know and see the truth, not their narrative, not what the "news" who looked into absolutely nothing and ran with it.
