A slideshow of prospecting in Alaska. Enjoy!!!

I produced a prospecting video in 2006. This is a few photos that I had taken so I put this slideshow together. Special thanks to the Baldwin family, Bob and his son Chris came up to Alaska because they had always wanted to because they were rock hounds and avid prospectors. They stayed for two weeks on my claims and helped me produce the video. In turn I let them use my Keene 4 inch three stage dredge and my combo dredge. They did't get rich but hey, the bugs were kind that year so it was worth it. All of the photos were taken on the claims and the Steese Highway in Alaska.
Sadly Bob passed away in 2017. He was a very dear friend. RIP Bullet Bob.
The intro song is a little jazzy piece my band put together a few years ago. Had a blast jammin with the guys. I'm on the bass, drummer is my cousin Chucky, lead is Deano. It's called "Swing a Thing"...
My prospecting video: "Finding Gold in Tailings" was my first full length video I ever produced. Totally unscripted if you can't tell but the bloopers were great.
