West turns Ukraine into testing ground for destabilization of CIS – FSB chief

At a meeting of security and intelligence heads from CIS countries, Russia's FSB chief Bortnikov stated that the West is pushing Kiev towards nuclear terrorism, asserting that Ukraine is becoming a testing ground for destabilizing the entire post-Soviet region.
