Welcome to DAY 6 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are focusing on active flexibility which means we'll be using our strength to access each pose. This class features a series of mobility and flexibility drills that will help to strengthen and stretch the whole of your body. You may find that you don't go as deep into each pose because this is a much more challenging way of practising but it is really beneficial when it comes to increasing your range of movement. You will need two blocks for this practice. Don't worry if you don't have those, a stack of books is a great alternative. I hope you enjoy this class.
