Welcome to DAY 5 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are focusing on side splits so we have an entirely hip focused flow. This class features a series of mobility and flexibility drills along with progressions to help you work towards side splits. You will need two blocks for this practice. Don't worry if you don't have those, a stack of books is always a great alternative. I hope you enjoy this class.
