Welcome to DAY 1 of the Flexibility Yoga Challenge! In today's class, we are focusing on hamstring flexibility with a series of sequences and drills that will strengthen and stretch your hamstrings. You won't need any props for this class but I do recommend if you have sensitive knees to pad your knees as we will be spending a lot of time in positions like lunges that put a lot of weight on the knee joint.
