Pixie Meets Sheena, Lily, Madelyn, Scott, and Togo - Caucasian Ovcharka Dog

Pixie is a Caucasian Ovcharka, also known as the Caucasian Shepherd or Russian Bear Dog. I took Pixie with me to my church, River Community Church, so she could meet Togo because I was considering renting a room from her human, Scott. While we were there Sheena and her daughters, Lily & Madelyn, also wanted to meet her so they did! I ended up not renting a room from Scott but it was a fun meeting for everyone!

The Caucasian Ovcharka is a livestock guardian dog breed originally from the Caucasus Mountains area at the intersection of Asia and Europe. I got Pixie when she was 5 months old. I use a balanced training approach with her. I feed her Tucker's Raw dog food, OC Raw turkey necks, and Idahound green tripe which I buy from Ma & Paws Bakery in American Fork, UT. I also feed her chicken feet and rabbit paws that I buy from Pine Hollow Farms in Bluffdale, UT.
