In 1972, while in Israel, I was told that the ancestors of the British (and hence the Americans and others of the British diaspora), were the 'Lost tribes of Israel'. I thought this idea was ridiculous but when I returned home, I stumbled upon enough evidence for this legend to feel it necessary to look into this matter further. This series of lectures is the result of these researches, stretching back over forty years.

In this episode, we learn about the Lost tribes, who they were, where they came from and evidence in the records of Assyria that back up their story in the Bible. This is where my exploration started and it has led me to reconsider my former skepticism. I urge you to follow this series and judge the evidence for yourself.
