Your "TMJ disorder" diagnosis may be a disservice to you - I explain why in this video. The problem with the diagnosis isn't that it's wrong, it's that it places the focus completely on the jaw joint. So you do things like facial massages and stretching, orthodontics, bite adjustments, botox in the face, and so on, all in an effort to relieve the pain. I think it needs to be said that looking further away from the face might be the answer you're looking for. I try to correlate my own experience here with scientific studies that make the same claim that I'm making. I hope you find it helpful.
