We're all funding the anti-American "Hate Crime Hotlines"

Many states have federally funded "hate crimes hotlines" where people can report hate speech, bias incidents and bullying. These laws are unconstitutional and based on perception and left wide open to individual interpretation.

Will the Trump administration put an end to this?
