The Mouksa Underground - Kent State I Remember (Music Video)

As YouTube removed this music video from our channel, we'd like it to stay visible. Hopefully, we won't break any rules on this platform by uploading.

Written by Mouksa (Dr. Louis Jungmayer) for the 50th Anniversary of the Kent State University shootings which occurred on May 4th, 1970. For those who do not remember, the Ohio National Guard shot 13 students (killing four) during an anti-war rally protesting the bombing of Cambodia by the United States military forces.

Lyrics:
Kent State ……I ….remember

I may be older and the years have gone by
But the flames of justice still coming out of my eyes
I may walk slower now but I’m still on the path
Still fighting for truth and peace just like in the past

make love not war

come on everyone .... continue the struggle

I believe in love
believe in freedom
I believe in fairness
In a living wage
I believe in tolerance
believe in (the) environment
I believe in no war
In a better world

War is unhealthy for children and living things
Give peace a chance
