Scope & Content: On Madison, Indiana, explaining its landmarks and people. Reel 1 shows scenes in and around Madison, detailing natural and architectural features that resemble foreign scenes. Shows farming, marketing, and recreation activities. Citizens bowl, drink at a bar, shoot pool, dance, play checkers, attend a movie, refresh at a drug store, and attend a school concert. Shows various churches. Reel 2, children attend school and play games. Shows activities in a library, newspaper office, and court room, emphasizing the freedom enjoyed by Americans in these activities.
