Butler of Columbia Univ. presents an honorary degree to Archbishop Cosmo Lang. Sec. Lansing greets Prince Axel of Denmark at the Old State Bldg. King Albert and Queen Elizabeth of Belgium arrive at the Capitol, are greeted by Pershing and Sec. Baker at the Belgian Embassy, and, with Prince Leopold, leave the embassy. Lloyd George leaves the White House. Czechoslovak troops parade in Washington. Clemenceau departs from the Army War College. Reel 2 (signal Corps) Gen. Diaz and other Italian officers review troops at Fort Myer, Va., Oct. 26, 1921. Shows Gen. Gouraud at the White House and at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in 1929. Shows Lord Northcliffe, Arthur Balfour, and Lansing at the White House in 1920. Reel 3 (Mutual Weekly), Joffre is greeted at the Battery, driven to the City Hall, and met by Mayor Hylan. Joffre unveils a Lafayette Memorial in Brooklyn and arrives at Columbia Univ.
