Bad Special Moves in Fighting Games

In a perfect world, every special move would add something to our arsenal, but unfortunately there's a lot of them that just serve no purpose. They either need an urgent buff to finally become usefull, or they need be entirely removed from the game, so at least we don't use it by mistake. Here's a list containing some of the most garbage Special Moves ever created.
