Woman hit, killed by garbage truck on Davis Islands, was a retired school teacher

Family members tell ABC Action News that Marcia Woodside Rivers, a retired Hillsborough County schools teacher, was hit and killed by a garbage truck near her Tampa apartment Tuesday morning.
