National Child Research Center's Director arrested for soliciting 9 YR OLD BOY

James Carroll, the head of Washington D.C.'s National Child Research Center (NCRC), was arrested for allegedly soliciting a s*x video from a 9-year-boy. James Carroll allegedly communicated with an undercover agent on Discord, attempting to obtain sexually explicit content involving a minor.

Founded in 1928, NCRC is the city’s oldest continuously operating preschool, serving children aged 2 and up. The report of suspected child s*x abuse material emerged on September 11.
