Gabrielle Hutchins, Ph.D. and archivist at the National Archives at College Park, MD, shares federal records documenting migrant farm workers’ participation in U.S. farm labor programs.  By examining records in the Bracero Program, H-2A guest worker programs, and related record groups we can identify their stories from 1942 to the present.
