🇬🇧 UK DELAYED ICC ARREST WARRANTS BY LEGAL CHALLENGE

The reason the ICC took so long to issue arrest warrants against Netanyahu and Gallant is because of the UK.

On 10th June, the UK issued a baseless application to challenge the ICCs jurisdiction, buying FIVE extra months for Israel to commit war crimes.

The UK challenged the ICC jurisdiction in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza.

The UK filing, which the ICC tried to keep secret, forced the Pre Trial Chamber to address this issue.

If the UK had succeeded in this challenge, no Arrest Warrants would have been issued.

Thankfully they didn't.
