Reel 1, the liner George Washington departs from Hoboken, N.J. Shows Pres. Wilson, Adms. Grayson and Knapp, Henry White, John W. Davis, Sec. of State Lansing, Fr. Amb. Jusserand. Reel 2, the Wilsons and Adm. Grayson are interviewed. The liner and other vessels battle a storm and are greeted by a U.S. battleship convoy off Brest, Fr. Reel 3, French officials board the liner at Brest. The visitors greet the welcoming party and debark. Shows the battleship Pennsylvania. French naval cadets lead a parade in the city.
