Today we have our clients Mike Jackson and Drew visiting California from Colorado! They have never fished for our California Rockfish species using this jigging technique and tackle before and wanted to give it a go. Today's focus was teaching the mechanics, technique and get them familiar with slow pitch jigging gear to target our vermillion rockfish, lingcod, copper rockfish, bocaccio, starry rockfish, etc.
