DOUBLE CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD
🤎 By @Emmapetersen You can’t beat a classic banana bread, but . OH . WOW . this double chocolate version is so unbelievably gooey, rich and moreish that you would hardly realise it had bananas in it at all! Honestly you need to make this like, yesterday. ▫️ 3 large bananas, mashed ▫️ 2 flax eggs* ▫️ 60g maple syrup ▫️ 60g coconut oil, melted ▫️ 1 tsp vanilla ▫️ 80ml almond milk ▫️ 190g plain flour ▫️ 30g cocoa powder ▫️ 1 tsp baking soda ▫️ 1/4 tsp salt ▫️ 70g dark chocolate chips *Make flax eggs by combining 2 tbsp milled flaxseed with 5 tbsp water. Stir and set aside for at least 5 mins to thicken before using. 1. Preheat your oven to fan 175 C. 2. Mix together the wet ingredients, then follow with the dry ingredients (besides the chocolate chips) and mix well. 3. Fold in half of the chocolate chips, then transfer the mix into a lined loaf tin. Then top with the remaining chocolate chips. 4. Bake for 40 minutes and leave to cool in the tin for at least 10 minutes before slicing up. ENJOY!
