The Glitch - Poltergeist Activity & Glitching Shadow Entity

We had a camera setup in the kitchen as we had experienced activity in there this week.

However, when the light in the living room suddenly turned off, I grabbed the camera and pointed it in that direction, and this is when the events in the video begin.

First of all some multivitamin tablets that were on the table suddenly flip into the air and land on the floor. I then hear a banging noise in the bedroom. As I lift the camera up in that direction, a box of cat toys flies off the shelf across the room onto the floor.

More banging continues in the bedroom. I recognise it's the distinct sound of the metallic fan stand in there (I move it everyday and it makes the same sounds).

I enter the bedroom and film the fan and there's no movement at all. I pan across the room and see nothing. Suddenly I see some sort of shadow figure start to rise and crawl onto the bed. However, this shadow figure seems to 'glitch' or flicker as it approaches.

I simply nope it out of there! I stayed out of there until other family members got home. After that, we checked the room and there was no sign of any entity, accept for some indentations in the bed duvet and blanket where I saw the entity crawl.
