Why VPNs are a WASTE of Your Money usually

He's not the only geek who says VPNs are pointless unless all you are doing is downloading TV shows or movies online. But I'm pretty sure that won't keep you safe for much longer, although I'm sure the days of the evils caring about what you download and watch are pretty much long gone since killing us is obviously MORE important.

I guess this was always their intention to make people think they can HIDE online when no one can because THEY control the ENTIRE INTERNET and always have. That's why they gave it to us in the first place.
