Many Yogis believe the flexibility of the spine determines our youth. This Basic Spinal Series is a perfect practice for keeping the Sashumna Nadi and spinal pathways clear. This series works systematically from the base of the spine to the top. All 26 vertebrae receive stimulation and all the chakras receive a burst of energy.
