NO Fault of the Children
This coming Thursday is Thanksgiving Day where we gather together as a family. As goes the family so goes civilization folks and there is so much this day and age that is working to destroy this foundational institution. Which begs the question = The Law is a teacher so why do our laws work against family stability and best practices especially when it comes to marriage? With no fault divorce is it no wonder that over half of our marriage “commitments” end up at the end of a Judges gavel? What other contract law in America let’s one person end the agreement without so much of a peep allowed from the other to defend their position? Jeff Morgan from Texas joins us in our first hour.
It’s for the Children
What of the children in a broken marriage, what say should they have in the manner? After all, they are minors, Right? It is assumed that the State knows what’s best for the child without even asking the individual child who naturally knows what they need. The courts’, like our government run educational system, have already put these wounded children in a same size fits all category leaving children with no say in the matter. .
