Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground orange zest,
fresh or dried
1 pinch of salt
2 cups all purpose flour
12 oz fresh cranberries

Bake in greased 9 x 13 pan at 350° for 45-50 minutes.
