Mexico not a backdoor for Chinese products, Sheinbaum says

Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Friday (November 22) that Chinese products are not entering the United States and Canada through Mexico, and the government will make that clear in upcoming trade meetings. Secretary of Finance Rogelio Ramirez de la O said the country is looking to replace Chinese imports with products manufactured in Mexico or North America.
