Milwaukee singer/songwriter Joe Richter sings from the heart, emotes his truth with sweet melodies, and telegraphs no pretensions in his approach to the microphone. Joe has just put out a new album, his first with a full band, and it features some of Milwaukee's most accomplished musicians.
