Beginner Gymnastics: How To Do A Cartwheel

Hello ladies and gentlemen, and welcome. Welcome to your first gymnastics lesson. Since we're starting from the basics, today we'll do a very simple cartwheel. If you already have some experience with the famous gymnastics move, then please do as the little girl in this video is doing. And if you don't have any experience, and are a beginner, just like I am, then follow everything the adorable baby boy in this video is doing. He'll be showing us how to do a cartwheel, but in a much simpler way, until we gain some skills. Then, we'll do it like the girl in this video. So, let's see what we should do. The little boy is watching his big sister do a cartwheel. She does it perfectly, and now it's time for the little boy. He does an incredible faceplant. LOL! Well, that's one way to do it I guess.
