Russia’s New Missile Test: What Are the Next Moves for Ukraine and NATO?

Before Russia's missile struck Ukraine, the Pentagon reportedly had advanced knowledge and warned NATO allies and Kyiv. The missile, based on Russia’s RS-26 Rubz ICBM, has the capability to carry nuclear warheads, raising alarms across Europe.
