Philippines drug war: Duterte investigated for crimes against humanity

The Justice Department in the Philippines says it's begun investigating former President Rodrigo Duterte for crimes against humanity.

The government rejected a similar probe into Duterte’s anti-drugs campaign by the International Criminal Court.

But it now says testimonies in Congressional hearings, as well as Duterte’s own admissions, are too damning to ignore.
