OnePan Marry Me Chicken Orzo Dish

I made this Chicken Orzo Dish for my Wife it is awesome!!

Doubled Recipe:
4 Handfulls of Spinach
3 pounds chicken breast, cubed
1/4 cup olive oil
Full head of garlic, peeled and mashed
1.5 cups sun-dried tomatoes
4 teaspoons Italian
4 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons pepper
2 cups orzo
Parmesan cheese as desired
Here's the trick: We're NOT doubling the liquids!
One 32oz box of chicken broth
One can coconut milk
