This my unbiased review of the Hammerli Forge H1 22lr pistols. I purchased both the 5 inch and the 4.25 inch versions. These were purchased by me and not given to me by someone else to give a "glowing review" of the guns. All of guns, accessories, cameras etc. found in my videos are all purchased by me unless stated otherwise.

The Hammerli Forge H1 pistols are basically a Walther 1911-22. These are the same guns Walther makes and Colt brands them as the Gold Cup, Rail Gun and Government models. The only difference is a few cosmetic changes. I find the Hammerli version is a bit more refined with better aesthetics than the Colt. The good news is that all of the parts for the Hammerli and Colt 1911-22 pistols are interchangeable. Including the high capacity magazine parts that I make.
