Explore the mural covering Pier-2 Tower; Yancheng District, Kaohsiung City.
It was created by the Spanish artist duo Fratelli Moca in February 2024 as part of PAIR (Pier-2 Artist in Residence) program of the Bureau Of Cultural Affairs Kaohsiung City Government. Filming was done in the early morning hours.
