Instagram keeps putting my new followers in flagged for review section

Argh! I was wondering why I'm not getting any new followers. I found out about this over a month ago. To my shock I had 5,000 followers thrown into this section and if you don't remove them from this section in 30 days you lose them. Well I didn't know about this and by the time I found out it was over 30 days and I lost those followers.

I turned off the flagged for review feature @instagram and I find out my new followers are still being thrown into this category and I can't remove them because I get an error message. :/
