The CR2.5 is a smaller tool, but very capable. In this video I will show how it has held up after a few years of EDC, Bushcraft, Fishing and small game processing and share my experiences carrying it the last few years.

The ESEE CR2.5 is a small fixed blade knife, used in a survival kit, EDC, Bushcraft or a neck knife kit. I have used it for all these every day tasks and more. In the video I talk about what I have used it for and how well it held up to daily tasks. I use it to do a little bushcraft while in the field and then talk about a few issues I have with the CR2.5 as an EDC knife. In the end I discuss why I would recommend this to others.

The kydex sheath I show in the video was made by me, I do not make them to sell but there
are many that do and can be found online.

Welcome to my channel. No over the top outlandish spectacles, just a guy who enjoys the outdoors and all things related. I really enjoy solo winter camping, simple bushcraft, survival fieldcraft, building survival shelters, tools for survival, making survival kits. I also have a real soft spot for Tomahawks, hatchets and axes. I like to field test and review quality outdoor gear that is affordable. I also do a fair amount of fishing, foraging and small game.
