Kitesurfing's North African advocates: Moroccans active in sport's Spanish hotspot of Tarifa

Kitesurfing was one of the new events at this year’s Olympic Games, although its debut was marked by low winds.
That’s rarely a problem in Tarifa in the south of Spain, from where kitesurfing has also spread into Morocco.
But North African talent is finding it hard to travel in the opposite direction.
