Arrests in Kenya ahead of Ruto's State of the Nation Address

Kenya's President William Ruto will deliver a State of the Nation address to a joint session of parliament, following months of political turmoil. Attempts to hold protests outside the country's parliament buildings were foiled by police just before Ruto arrived on Thursday (November 21) afternoon.
