WIND TURBINE - Small Sharp VAWT

A small 600 mm diameter by 400 mm tall Sharp style VAWT. The three wings have a chord 40 mm each for a solidity of 0.20. VAWTs typically have trouble starting with such a low solidity, but the pivoting wings of the Sharp VAWT allow for easy starting.
