No one happy with draft as time runs out at COP29

Divisions erupted over the draft deal at the COP29 climate summit in Baku on Thursday, with recriminations and accusations of backsliding coming into the open as time was running out. No figure had been proposed to help developing countries deal with climate change, and last year's progress on phasing out fossil fuels seemed a distant memory. Lucy Fielder has more.
