42-year-old Billy Erney Buitrago-Bustos of Colombia was arrested last year for allegedly raping a child by force, statutory rape and aggravated rape – The Berkshire County jail honored the detainer request from ICE and transferred him to their custody on Friday.
And 41-year-old Alexandre Romao De Oliveira was convicted of rape in Brazil and was hiding in Massachusetts as a fugitive after he was caught & released at the New Mexico border in April 2022. ICE Boston Arrested him in Massachusetts on Monday
