"Polish Sausage" Recipe:
*1 lb ground beef, elk or venison
*1 lb ground turkey or chicken
*2 Tablespoons granulated garlic
*2 teaspoons salt
*2 Tablespoons Brown or coconut sugar
*2 teaspoons marjoram OR 1 tsp golden oregano and 1 tsp Mediterranean oregano
*2 teaspoons black pepper
*1 teaspoon ground allspice (or a tsp cinnamon plus a pinch each of ground nutmeg and cloves)
*1 teaspoon liquid smoke
