Himachal Pradesh: 75 day old twins harmed by vaccination, girl died, boy hospitalized

A couple was blessed with twins, a baby boy and a baby girl, after 10 years of marriage. At the age of 75 days (~2.5 months), the twins were vaccinated and fell sick. The baby girl died, and the baby boy is hospitalized.
