15-Minute Jump Rope Interval Workout

Happy Thanksgiving!

Join me for a 15-minute high impact jump rope interval workout using a jump rope or a hand towel. You will want shoes for the shock absorption but the jump rope is optional (all moves can be accomplished with a hand towel or bodyweight if necessary). This workout is sure to test your agility and coordination skills! No jump rope required if you don't have one you can use a belt or yoga strap for the mobility sections.
