Deep Dish Apple Pie

#PieMakingTips - Don’t be afraid to remove the #pie from the tin. It makes a nice presentation , and is much easier to #slice. You can remove any pie from the pie pan, with a little thought and planning. A chilled pie means your filling is set, and easier to flip. A straight edge pan, like a cake pan is sturdier than a pie pan. If you are making a #meringue, or #creampie, use a disposable pie pan. Cut the edges, and slide the pie off the pan.
