Will the $14,000,000 Loan Break Belle Fourche & Is The New Police Station Necessary?

Is the new police station building project that just got a sales tax bond approved to the tune of $14,000,000 necessary and will it make the city of Belle Fourche go broke, as some are predicting? I share my opinion on the matter along with the info I found.
