The UFC president didn’t hold back, declaring he “will never go to a doctor ever again” for general health because “they have no clue what they’re talking about.”

White shared that he had a slew of health problems, yet not even the best doctors in the world could fix them. It wasn’t until he changed his lifestyle—exercising and eating healthier—that his issues completely resolved.

“None of them [doctors] could stop snoring. None of them could get my blood pressure under control. None of them could get my cholesterol—good and bad—leveled out. It’s all good now. The medicines are just going to start to stack up, and before you know it, you’re going to be on 14 pills with 10 different side effects from each one of them,” White explained.
