Palestinian and Irish lawyers take Keir Starmer to court over arming Israel
Labour froze some arms sales to Israel in September but still allows spare parts for its most advanced fighter jets to be exported via the US.
So lawyers for the Palestinian rights group Al-Haq went back to court on Monday to challenge Keir Starmer's failure to ban all arms sales to Israel.
