Man Accused In NYC Stabbing Spree Had Lengthy Criminal Record, Was Recently Released From Jail

Ramon Rivera, a homeless man, is accused of randomly stabbing three New Yorkers over a three-hour period. He was released from Rikers Island less than a month before the killings.
