ALLATRA at COP29: Global Initiatives and Solutions to Climate Challenges

Representatives of the ALLATRA International Public Movement participated in a pivotal global event — the UN Climate Change Conference, COP29. This event united representatives from over 190 countries to address the central issue of overcoming the climate crisis and preserving our planet.

During COP29, ALLATRA President Maryna Ovtsynova and ALLATRA representative Dr. Egon Cholakian conducted a series of interviews, meetings, and presentations, addressing critical questions for modern humanity:

• What challenges does humanity face in the context of global climate change?
• How can we mitigate ocean overheating and avert climate catastrophes?
• What immediate actions are required now to secure a sustainable future for human civilization?

As part of the UN Climate Conference COP29, ALLATRA participants presented the report “On the Progression of Climate Disasters on Earth and Their Catastrophic Consequences,” which was prepared with contributions from participants in the Creative Society project.
